Konyagi is a Rum like spirit made in Tanzania. We will be featuring it in our rum cocktails for our African Safari!

Made with Konyagi, White Cherry Liqueur, Grapefruit juice and a splash of Lime
How about a Blue Nile?
Konyagi and Blue Curacao straight up.
Or a Nile Headwaters,
Konyagi, Blue Caracao, and Orange juice over ice

Our Apple and Cashew Meowjito
Another African specialty ~
Amarula
Made from the fruit of the Marula tree, it's a tasty Cream Liqueur with citrus and chocolate like flavors
The Amarula Colada made with Amarula Cream, Pineapple juice, Creme de Coconut, and blended with a scoop of vanilla Ice Cream
The Amarula Sunset Safari made with equal parts Amarula, Amaretto, and Grand Marnier, a sprinkle of Cinnamon and then garnished with a cinnamon stick and orange slice
Our Gingersnap ~ made with Bailey's and Ginger flavored Brandy then blended with ice. Served with a plate of Gingersnap cookies!
Our Frozen Russian ~ Mixing Bailey's, Vodka, and Chocolate Liqueur then blended with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
A special African Beer often used for special occasions such as weddings, Mbege is made from fermented Bananas and Millet Seed. We have both the traditional style and our own style, with the addition of Bacon!
It wouldn't be a pawty without Hank's Bacon! Beer. In a frosty mug, or a chilled bottle, either way it's tasty!
Our non-alcoholic drinks
Cashew Juice Slushie Cashew juice? How do you get juice from a nut? You don't, you get it from the Cashew apple!! With a combination of Mango and Grapefuit-like flavors ours is mixed with Coconut milk for a refreshing taste on a warm afternoon.
Remember that Cashew Apple? Both the nut and the apple grow on the same tree! That's the "nut" at the bottom
Fresh fruit juices are very popular in Africa, where they are refered to as Squash. We have many varieties available, Orange, Passion fruit, Pomegranate, Pineapple and Banana to name a few, all served cool and refreshing over ice.
What could be cooler on a hot day on the savannah that a Jello Fruit Slice? In all your favorite flavors
Served with two generous scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Our Cinnamon Spiced Orange Squash Oranges and many spices are popular in Africa with the influence of many cultures from the East and West. Cool and refreshing!
Our Coffee Bar
Coffee and Tea are grown in many places in Africa, especially in Tanzania on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro
Ready for a nice cup of Coffee? We have blends from all over Africa! Kenyan, Tanzanian, and Arabica from East Africa. Just let us know your pleasure!
A very British treat in a former British colony, High Tea! We'll have several favorite sandwiches and sweet treats!
Hot or Iced, the Tea of Africa is hard to beat! Especially when served with Tanzanian Honey! Let us know how you would like yours!
